AxadRealty started as a franchise rental shop in New York City. The operation worked — the model did not. Every month the shop paid royalty, brand fund, and franchise charges that never helped close a single rental. So we made a clean break: same streets, same hustle, no franchise tax. Agents here choose their own commission split and keep what they earn. Renters get agents whose income depends on closing, not on corporate quotas. That is the whole idea — Move with Ax.
